1. Inventory
There is kitchenware and cutlery in the apartment, a washing machine and air conditioning.
You get bedsheets, one towel for the shower and one small towel per person and two rolls of toilet paper for the time of your stay.
Other things like more toilet paper, spices, dishwashing liquid, towels for the beach,… you have to bring yourself.
There is also a parking space in front of the house.
2. Use of the washing machine
For 20 Kn per laundry you can use the washing machine.
You will get washing powder and fabric softener from us.
3. Damage and contamination
When arriving the apartment will be in a top condition without damages.
For damages caused during the stay (contaminated mattress, damaged
chair covers,…) the guest will have to pay.
4. Reservation and advances
To fix a reservation you have to pay at least 50 % of the full price four weeks before your arrival.

On arriving day the apartment will be available at 2 p.m.
On the day of your departure you have to leave until 10 a.m.
